Haunted hideaway at L’oscar London, Holborn


This October, swap tricks for treats with a spooky family escape with L’oscar London’s Haunted Hideaway package. Halloween discos at Sea Containers, Strand


As darkness descends on Halloween, step into the shadows, sip on Grey Goose cocktails and dance the night away high above the city as 12th Knot transforms into a darkly decadent playground on 31 October. Kicking off at 7pm, the night will be headlined by urban DJ Mak 10 who will be serving up exclusive afro-house beats that will keep the dance floor moving all night long. On 1 November, those with little ones in tow can get into the spooky spirit with a Halloween disco hosted by party planners Sharky and George on from 12pm. Hosted at 12th Knot, ‘mini monsters’ are encouraged to dance and play their way through two hours of expect epic dance-offs, interactive games and plenty of surprises, all set to a Halloween-themed soundtrack. Halloween at Joia, Battersea


This Halloween, Joia, the Portuguese restaurant situated in art’otel London Battersea, will play host to a series of special events. On 29 and 30 October, and 2 November, Joia’s rooftop will transform into an open-air cinema where Halloween films – namely The Lost Boys, Ghostbusters, and Hocus Pocus – will play out against the power station and London skyline. The evening begins with a three-course Iberian-inspired meal featuring seasonal Portuguese dishes like beef pica pau with pickles, and classic Arroz de Marisco with bomba rice, red prawns, mussels and clams, before heading up to the rooftop for a cosy yet thrilling screening under the stars. Inspired by the legendary parades of New York, this King’s Road debut supports Therapy Dogs Nationwide and Pets As Therapy, and promises a joyful celebration of creativity, costumes, and canine charisma. Bacchanalia’s temple of art, mythology and indulgence at Apollo’s Muse will become The Realm of the Unholy for Halloween weekend. This Halloween, Ministry of Sound gets a monstrous makeover, replacing London’s infamous club with a haunted playground for the brave and the bold. Sinners party at Inca, Mayfair


This Halloween, South American-inspired dinner and dance restaurant Inca will host a terrifically terrifying immersive show: Inca Sinners. Running from 29 October until 2 November, Inca has taken inspiration from the world of temptation, darkness, and desire in the 2025 film Sinners to create its Halloween-scape, featuring live vocals from the film and reimagined spooky classics, alongside cinematic visuals and spine-tingling performances.
Alongside the energetic atmosphere, head chef Magno Rodriguez has created limited edition specials for Halloween week. Dishes include ceviche alla brasa featuring blood-red tiger milk, roasted sweet potatoes and charred avocado, as well as wagyu short ribs, Moqueca-style risotto, sweet beetroot ‘blood’ sauce and flaming savoy cabbage. End with the Tree of Temptation – a chocolate root tree topped with pink candyfloss canopy, chicha morada sauce and lucuma ice cream – and sample the collection of spooky Belvedere cocktails too.

Día De Los Muertos fiesta at Ixchel, Chelsea


Across Halloween weekend, Mexican restaurant Ixchel will host two distinct celebrations, bringing chef Ximena Gayosso Gonzalez’s contemporary cooking to the forefront, alongside electric after-party celebrations and Don Julio cocktails. The weekend of fun begins on 31 October with an evening of masked revelry, cocktails, and a four-course menu inspired by traditional Día de los Muertos dishes. Priced at £85pp, start with a Don Julio charred pineapple paloma, before moving through plates such as black aguachile with hand-dived scallops and mignonette, confit duck legs with mole negro, and pan de muerto with dark chocolate ganache to finish. After dinner, the celebration continues in the Nocturna Lounge, Ixchel’s late-night hideaway, with DJs playing late into the night and guests encouraged to don their best Día De Los Muertos attire.

This Halloween, Langan’s Brasserie invites guests to step into the shadows of glamour and the grotesque as the venue transforms into a House of Macabre for one night. On 30 October, the Mayfair restaurant will host the Circus Macabre Halloween Party inspired by haunted carnivals, Victorian circus noir, and opulent gothic fantasy.
