Chablé Maroma x Master Oh, Mexico

Set between the tropical jungle and the white-powder sands of the Caribbean Sea in Riviera Maya, Chablé Maroma specialises in energy healing and fostering inner balance – and is, unsurprisingly, home to one of the best spas in the world. From 13-16 November 2025, the five-star hotel is partnering with globally revered Qi healer, Master Oh, to host a four-day energy healing residency that promises to release emotional blockages and help guests feel their best for the winter ahead.
As a leading ambassador of the Sun Kyeong method – an energy-based practice rooted in connecting with the vibrations of life, known as Qi, to heal emotional and physical imbalances – Master Oh’s journey began with a personal quest to overcome chronic fatigue, insomnia, and emotional struggles in childhood, which led him to master this rare healing system. The new retreat is set to blend Korean Sun Kyeong healing with the sacred Mayan rituals on which Chablé Maroma is founded, and will include energising Qi movement exercises by the ocean at sunrise to awaken the body and mind, one-to-one consultations, Qi energy treatments with Master Oh, and ancestral and karma clearing therapy.
Guests will also be able to enjoy Chablé Maroma’s gourmet cuisine by renowned chef Jorge Vallejo, and an expansive 17,000 square-foot spa. And don’t forget to make the most of the resort’s serene yoga pavilion, fitness centre and beachside pool.
