60ml vodka 20ml blue curaçao15ml sour mix (sugar, water, lemon and lime)15ml pineapple juice
Method
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the vodka, sour mix, blue curaçao and pineapple juice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a martini glass.
