For Christmas, Brasserie of Light has partnered with Monkey 47 Sloe Gin to create a series of festive cocktails. On the menu is Steve X, a blackberry and lemon concoction
Ingredients
40ml Monkey 47 Sloe Gin15ml creme de mure10ml Orgeat50ml blackberry purée20ml lemon juice2 dash Ms BettersIce
Method
Mix all of your ingredients together, then shake and strain. Add cubed ice and garnish with blackberries.
