40ml Bombay Sapphire gin
15ml Martini Ambrato
10ml Muyu Jasmine
20ml egg white
7.5ml Paragon Timur cordial
5ml Cocchi Grappa Doree
15ml sugar syrup
5 dash Moondog Bitters
Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
Blend ingredients with a hand blender without ice.
Shake with ice and strain into your favourite glass.
