The Savoy’s ‘Love Triangle’ Cocktail

Ingredients
(makes one)
40ml Bombay Sapphire gin15ml Martini Ambrato10ml Muyu Jasmine20ml egg white7.5ml Paragon Timur cordial5ml Cocchi Grappa Doree30ml lemon15ml sugar syrup5 dash Moondog Bitters
Method
Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
Blend ingredients with a hand blender without ice.
Shake with ice and strain into your favourite glass.
