30ml rum (Novikov recommends Wray & Nephew Ovenproof)30ml Campari20ml passionfruit purée20ml vanilla syrup 10ml lemon
Method
shake and then double strain the ingredients into a coupe glass. Decorate with half a floating passionfruit and a shot of prosecco.
