Terre Blanche’s The Perfect Zacapa
This simple cocktail by Provence's Terre Blanche hotel is a guaranteed showstopper, combining Zacapa rum with fragrant coffee, orange and cherry aromas. Perfect pre- or post-dinner.
Ingredients
50ml Ron Zacapa 2310ml simple syrup2 dashes of coffee bitter1 dash of orange bitterAmarena cherry and orange zest
Method
- Pour everything into a mixing glass.
- Stir with ice for 1 minute.
- Serve in a whisky glass with an ice ball.
- Add the garnish on top. Easy and classy!
