If the bitter winds of January have brought with them a tide of seasonal blues, you’re not alone. With sunshine increasingly elusive, rainy days the norm, and the merriment of Christmas now little more than a fading memory, chances are reasons to feel cheerful are few and far between. That is, of course, unless you’ve got the promise of a hearty meal served in one of London’s glitziest neighbourhoods waiting for you. Whether you’re steadfastly sticking to your New Year’s resolutions or are looking to recapture some of the indulgence of the festive season, Harvey Nichols is banishing the winter blues with curated fine dining and wellness-focused menus this winter.
Winter Set Menu
Crafted with the finest seasonal ingredients, head to the Fifth Floor Café at Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge to enjoy its winter set menu, served until 17 March 2024. The three-course menu begins with winter favourites, including lentil and butternut squash soup or guinea fowl ballotine with mustard jus, before moving on to soul-warming mains such as chestnut soup with confit chicken wings or lamb rump with flageolet beans and a rich gravy. Pair these hearty dishes with limited edition cocktails made in collaboration with Absolut Elyx and Fever-Tree, including an Absolut Spritz or Elyx’s Sour. Have a sweet tooth you’re looking to satiate? Look no further than the desserts on offer including a banana caramel mousse and praline ganache with poached pear.
The Winter Set Menu is priced at £30 for three courses with an Absolut Spritz or Elyx’s Sour, available in Knightsbridge, OXO Tower Restaurant & Brasserie, Edinburgh, Bristol and Leeds.
Super Glow Menu
Aiding you with your January wellness goals, Harvey Nichols has teamed up with nutritionist Emily English to curate an exclusive Super Glow menu of juices and smoothies, each created with ingredients that promote internal well-being. English has amassed a loyal following online with her delicious and nutritious recipes that combine healthy ingredients with stunning flavours and this is your chance to try them IRL.
The Super Glow Menu, available at Knightsbridge, Bristol, Edinburgh and Liverpool, features juices and smoothies packed with superfood ingredients. The Reset Greens juice promotes natural detox mechanisms while The Glow Tonic is brimming with antioxidants and anti-inflammatories. Or try healthy smoothies such as the Spiced Vanilla Matcha packed with fibred for a healthy gut or The Thriver which includes blueberries, beetroot and acai puree for an energy boost.
A Super Glow brunch menu is also available exclusively at the Knightsbridge boutique until the end of March 2024. Featuring healthier alternatives to your beloved brunch favourites, think fluffy ricotta lemon pancakes paired with a chia seed blueberry compote and served with coconut yoghurt or superfood avocado toast served with an oozy egg and sticky halloumi fried in honey and chilli.
