Carbis Bay Estate, Cornwall

Hope Cove House was opened in 2019 by Oli and Ra Barker, blending their background in restaurants (Oli was one half of the duo behind London restaurants Terroirs, Soif and Brawn before opening Six Portland Road with Ra in 2016) with simple but welcoming bedrooms and an idyllic coastal location. Just five miles from Salcombe – Devon’s most picturesque coastal village – Totnes and Dartmouth are also a short drive away, where visitors can enjoy wild swimming, kayaking, sailing and paddle boarding.
