Brasserie of Light’s The Pennywise cocktail
This Halloween, Selfridges and Brasserie of Light are hosting an evening of dinner, drinks and horror films. On the menu is The Pennywise cocktail, a rum, Mandarin and pumpkin spice medley
Ingredients
50ml Balla Black Spiced Rum35ml Mandarin Puree20ml Lemon Juice15ml Pumpkin Spice Syrup2 dashes of Ms. Betters Miracle Foamer
Method
Shake and fine strain all of the ingredients into a rock glass. Serve with cubed ice and garnish with Physalis fruit.
