Raise a toast to a luxuriously elegant afternoon with a glass of a crisp English Sparkling Wine before perusing an impressive menu of Rare Tea Company blends, with a dedicated tea connoisseur on hand to break down the flavour profiles and aromas. Then it’s time to dive into the unique Southeast Asian dining experience, inspired by the hotel’s Singaporean roots, with steamed siu bao buns and dumplings.

Pastries are, of course, central to the experience and the Kaleidoscope Afternoon Tea includes sweet treats created exclusively for the occasion. Presented on striking mirrored plates, the seasonal delicacies include a decadent Festive Forest with layers of Biscoff and pecan, the picture-perfect Snow Globe flavoured with chestnut and blackcurrant, and indulgent stollen scones served with an assortment of homemade preserves and Cornish clotted cream.
