Nothing says winter quite like a gloriously fragrant scented candle. Sure summer may be full of rosé on rooftops, long languid lunches and sun-drenched trips to the seaside but, as far as I’m concerned, any end-of-season sadness can be easily put to bed with the help of a cosy knit, a great boxset and good scented candle. Just as daffodils delight at the start of spring so something warming and woody can lift the spirits when the nights draw in.
