Maurice Hennessy’s premium spirit is aged in young oak barrels and blends the sweetness of candied fruit with peppery notes and a dark chocolate finish, making it the perfect base for a sophisticated serve. The Bird infuses this complex cognac with Rittenhouse straight rye, Capovilla Moscato, pear liqueur, oud, and patchouli bitters for an indulgently rich flavour profile.
