Few sporting experiences compare with the raw energy and excitement of horseracing. In Ireland, horseracing is where sport and culture collide. Each year, some 120,000 visitors make it to The Punchestown Festival, which is hosted on a 450-acre site in the picturesque County Kildare, at the foothills of the Dublin Wicklow mountains. Dublin airport is just one hour away, with the racecourse itself widely regarded as one of the top 10 in the world.

In 2023, Punchestown will take place from Tuesday 25 to Saturday 29 April – and the festival is offering the chance to win a trip for two to the iconic race meet.

The prize includes a two-night stay at the nearby 4* Killashee Hotel; a festival hospitality experience on the opening day of the festival; and race-day tickets for the Punchestown Gold Cup Day on Wednesday 26 April.

On Tuesday 25 April, competition winners will enjoy the famous Punchestown Festival Race & Dine experience in one of the trackside dining venues, enjoying a four-course lunch overlooking the illustrious Punchestown finishing straight.

On Wednesday 26 April, the winners will enjoy two reserved enclosure race-day tickets for the Ladbrokes Punchestown Gold Cup. The reserved enclosure is the social hub of the event with the Bollinger and Sky Bars leading to a viewing lawn just feet from the final fence and furlong. Après racing entertainment, including live music and DJ’s, will also take place in this enclosure.
