The world’s most exclusive doctors, facialists and therapists are popping up at a spa near you. Here’s where to book your once-in-a-lifetime treatment
The old adage says you can’t put a price on happiness – but London’s best spas would argue otherwise. If happiness to you is an indulgent treatment promising wrinkle-free, photo-ready skin, or an expert body analysis to banish imperfections and fast track your wellness goals, then you’ve come to the right place. Every year London’s luxury hotels partner with brilliant doctors and aestheticians to launch one-of-a-kind residencies for both locals and out-of-towners to enjoy – and, for 2025, women are taking centre stage. Read on for the best London spa partnerships to book now.
Dr Galyna Selezneva at The Lanesborough Club and Spa, Hyde Park Corner
Dr Galyna Selezneva
It’s only fitting that one of the best spas in London should partner with one of the world’s leading aesthetic experts, and that’s why you’ll find Dr Galyna Selezneva at The Lanesborough Club and Spa. Bringing nearly 20 years of medical experience to Hyde Park Corner, and named one of the UK’s top doctors in Tatler’s Cosmetic Surgery Guide for eight consecutive years, Galyna launched a pioneering menu of treatments that combine advanced aesthetic technology with regenerative medicine earlier this year to mark a new chapter in the five-star hotel’s wellness offering.
Choose from a science-led menu, ranging from AI Skin Analysis – a state-of-the-art 3D imaging technology that reveals the skin’s unique profile and tailors treatments accordingly – to targeted treatments such as Morpheus8, a cutting-edge microneedling and radiofrequency technology that tightens and resurfaces skin at a deep level, and EMsculpt Neo: a non-invasive body contouring treatment that builds muscle and burns fat simultaneously. The most popular, however, is the Red Carpet Glow: the ultimate pre-event facial, delivering instant luminosity and plumpness with zero downtime. Book us in.

Teresa Tarmey at Claridge’s, Mayfair
Teresa Tarmey
Claridge’s announced a fresh-faced, one-year partnership with super-facialist Teresa Tarmey earlier this month. After working in the industry for 27 years and with more than 50,000 hours of hands-on-skin experience, Tarmey served as Dior’s global skincare expert from 2021 to 2023, is currently a board member of the British Beauty Council and describes her new residency as a “huge milestone moment”.
Tarmey has introduced results-oriented facials and cutting-edge body treatments to Mayfair, including the new Skinmaster Plus by Brera – a cutting-edge ultrasonic exfoliation and infusion system exclusive to Claridge’s. Utilised in the Signature TT facial, it regenerates deeper skin cells to leave skin youthful and luminous from the first treatment. Also don’t miss the TT Microneedling Facial, which uses collagen induction therapy (CIT) to trigger the body’s natural repair process, resulting in the production of new collagen and elastin to enhance texture.

Dr Uliana Gout at 45 Park Lane, Mayfair
Dr Uliana Gout
Harley Street stalwart Dr Uliana Gout has transferred a touch of her scientific savoir faire from her Marylebone-based London Aesthetic Medicine (LAM) clinic to 45 Park Lane with a new LAM Luxe Suite. One of the top 50 doctors in the UK for her pioneering work in regenerative aesthetics, and nicknamed ‘The Wrinkle Doctor’, Gout is a world-renowned leader in evidence-based aesthetic medicine. The LAM Luxe menu features a plethora of cosmetic treatments which all start with a hyper-personalised consultation that thoroughly explores medical history, genetic predisposition and lifestyle habits, leading to a completely bespoke programme for all clients.
Exclusive to the Dorchester Collection is the LAM Luxe Celebrity facial. Promising enhanced hydration, smoothness and tightening, it infuses skin with a unique blend of hydrating molecules to help optimise smoothness and pore refinement while M-mode radio frequency is used to tighten and enhance facial contours. Gout’s signature LAM Exosome infusion technique is then used to promote hydration by delivering an exosome cocktail deeper into the skin using electroporation before ending with anti-inflammatory red LED light therapy and a hydrating mask for extra glow.
