Serving a recently refreshed seasonal menu inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean, start with a light sea bream ceviche or truffle, anchovy and artichoke pizzette before indulging in main courses of grilled octopus, lobster macaroni and cacio e pepe. And for dessert? Gelato is always a good idea – ours is an Amalfi lemon sorbet.
