From their base at the dreamy Can Bordoy hotel, a ‘sanctuary of decadent romanticism’, guests will embark on three relaxed days of food-focused activities led by Tom Parker Bowles and Eddie Hart, including a produce tasting tour of Palma’s Mercat de l’Olivar and cooking masterclasses from Eddie’s chefs at El Camino. Sunday morning holds a particularly enchanting experience: a luxury yacht has been chartered to an area of coastline only accessible by boat after guests have enjoyed a plethora of tapas at El Camino.
