Sally Rooney's Normal People on BBC iPlayer 

The awaited BBC TV adaption of Sally Rooney’s phenomenal bestseller, Normal People, is now available to watch on iPlayer. The 12-part series beautifully depicts the complicated relationship between Marianne and Connell, played by Paul Mescal and Daisy Edgar-Jones. In these very abnormal times, Rooney’s delicate, nuanced storytelling is welcome escapism, filmed in Dublin, Sligo, Sweden and Italy.

GANNI POSTMODERNISM online pop-up shop

Copenhagen's cult label GANNI is opening its archives this week for a five-day online pop-up shop, with discounts of up to 70%. Shop a curation of more than 400 past season styles, including signature checked dresses, leopard print, cowboy boots and rainbow striped knitwear. 20% of all profits from the pop-up will be donated to the UN Women's Solidarity Fund, which supports women who are most impacted by COVID-19. The pop-up follows the same format as the archive boutique in Copenhagen, which opened in 2015.

Andy Warhol: Better Days at Christie's

This week, Christie's and the Andy Warhol Foundation launches an online sale of lesser-known photographs of nature by pop artist supremo Andy Warhol. The uplifting images were chosen for their 'ability to transport the viewer to better days' and feature vibrant flowers, the sea and self-portraits, as well as Archie and Amos, the artist’s miniature dachshunds. Proceeds from the sale will support the Foundation's efforts to provides emergency relief to artists during the coronavirus pandemic.
