Scoop: A Wonderful Ice-cream World

Seeking something sweet this weekend? Experimental duo Bompas and Parr, founder of The British Museum of Food, present a new summer exhibition dedicated to ice cream. The immersive Scoop exhibition at the newly developed BMoF museum in Kings Cross, explores the past, present and future of the warm weather staple. The unique and sensory showcase exhibits the largest collection of ice-cream paraphernalia in the world, alongside a host of interactive activities. Sample glow-in-the-dark ice-cream; walk through a vanilla fog and indulge in a pastel-hued ice-cream parlour. It’s the ideal place to cool off this weekend.

RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show

The Royal Horticultural Society’s largest flower festival returns this week to Hampton Court Palace. Meander through exquisite show gardens, partake in a floral masterclass or pick up some cultivating tips from none other than Raymond Blanc. There is also an array of dining options to choose from, including waterfront restaurants, fine-dining and a champagne bar, set against the dramatic backdrop of the palace.

Henley Royal Regatta

The world-famous Henley Royal Regatta returns this weekend for a five-day boating extravaganza. The prestigious riverside event attracts thousands of visitors each year and consists of over 200 races. Art Night

The Stand-up Paddleboarding World Tour

For the very first time, the Stand-up Paddleboarding World Tour is coming to London this weekend. Cheer on paddleboarding professionals as they compete on the River Thames and Royal Docks, for the opening leg fo the S.U.P. world tour. To celebrate, there will be entertainment throughout the afternoon in the east village at the Royal Docks, including live music, food and drink.
