Sadler's Wells Sampled 2020 Dance Taster Festival, Clerkenwell 

Immerse yourself in the world of Sadler’s Wells this weekend at its annual celebration of dance. Live performances range from ballet and break dancing to flamenco, as well as a theatrical debut from Machine de Cirque. There are also workshops for budding ballerinas and live DJs throughout the day.

Showing at Sloane Square’s Royal Court Theatre, Scenes with girls is a new 22-scene play from Miriam Battye, which focusses on the relationship twentysomething best friends, Tosh and Lou. This witty, original and unfiltered study explores enduring and idealistic views of female friendship in contemporary culture.

This week launches a new immersive experience by Secret Theatre Project, hailing from Hong Kong. Join a masquerade party at Bethnal Green's five-star Town Hall hotel, where there will live performances, music and entertainment until late.
