Tea With Andy at Hang-Up Gallery, Stoke Newington, (All weekend)

Artist Nina Saunders’ has released a small run of ten limited-edition prints, which portray a rare photograph of Andy Warhol having high tea at The Ritz hotel during the mid-1970s. The original image, which has never been publically displayed, will be showcased at the Hang-Up Gallery in East London this weekend, where the prints are also available to buy. Inspired by Warhol’s colour-block reproductions, Saunders has appropriated the image in a life-sized popping-pink silkscreen. Those who purchase a print can also enjoy high tea in the gallery. For every print and experience sold, the gallery will donate £75 to The British Heart Foundation.

London Fashion Week returns to the capital this week. Join in the action at London Fashion Week: Insiders (formerly London Fashion Week Festival). Organised by the British Fashion Council, the two-day sartorial extravaganza presents exclusive catwalk shows by Fyodor Golan and Osman and the opportunity to shop mroe than 150 brands, including Astrid & Miyu and Alighieri. There is also an eclectic programme of panel discussions and talks by industry experts on subjects including sustainability and the changing landscape of digital media.

From this weekend, Rochelle Canteen at the Institute of Contemporary Arts is launching a ‘pie and pints’ Sunday series. BRITs 2019 (Wednesday)

While not technically on the weekend, break up the week with the BRIT Awards. This Wednesday, stars including Anne-Marie and Jess Glynne will descend on The O2 to celebrate the British and international music industry, hosted by comedian Jack Whitehall. The Greatest Showman himself, Hugh Jackman, will open the show with a special one-off performance, followed by a collaborative effort from Calvin Harris Dua Lipa, Rag ‘n’ Bone Man and Sam Smith.
