Christmas Films at Kensington Palace (from Sunday)
The popular Luna Cinema is taking over Kensington Palace this weekend for a festive-fuelled series of screenings. Watch films including The Holiday, Love Actually and Home Alone within the dramatic setting of Kensington Palace Pavilion on the Orangery Lawn. Guests can also warm up with mulled wine and hot chocolate from the onsite Luna Bar.

Tate Britain's Winter Fair, Westminster (Saturday)
Discover unique gifts, pick up a new skill in a creative workshop and enjoy a bounty of festive food and drinks at the Tate Britain Winter Fair this Saturday, sure to make you feel merry and bright. There will be a performance by the National English Opera at 3pm and live storytelling sessions throughout the day. It is also an opportunity to see the Tate's winter commission by Turner Prize nominee Monster Chetwynd, who has transformed the facade of the building (pictured below).
