London’s first official brunch festival is taking place in Shoreditch this weekend at The Old Truman Brewery. A rich array of restaurants and cafés – including Mac to the Future and Waffle on – will present a special festival menu, alongside plenty quaffable cocktails and coffee. Guests can also mosey the marketplace; partake in a hands-on workshop and enjoy an eclectic line-up of speakers and DJs.

Concours of Elegance

The finest classic cars and supercars are revving into Hampton Court Palace this weekend for Concours of Elegance. The highly regarded automotive event showcases 60 of the world’s rarest motors, never before exhibited in the UK, against the dramatic backdrop of the palace. Guests can also enjoy an array of food and drink throughout the day, while picnics are also warmly welcomed.

International Jewellery London

International Jewellery London is an annual event for retailers, buyers and those within the jewellery industry. The specially-curated event has been taking place in the capital for over 60 years and showcases the best luxury materials, design and craftsmanship, and fine jewellery from around the world. More than 500 manufacturers and designers will be showcasing their collections this weekend at Oympia London, including Gecko, Wolf, Charlotte Lowe Jewellery and Ceylon Gems ltd.

Chinese Food Festival

The Chinese Food Festival will return to Southwark this weekend, transforming Potters Field Park into a mecca of wontons, dumpings, chow mein and more. There will be more than 20 vendors to choose from, representing seven provinces from across China. The theme of the festival is ‘yè shì’, which is the name given to the famous night markets in China. Guests can also enjoy a selection of traditional drinks, including bubble tea and spirits by Jiangji Distillery. Masterclasses and demonstrations by professionals will also be held at the festival for those who want to replicate recipes at home.

The Floating Market at Paddington Central

The Floating Market at Paddington Central is a delectable five-day pop-up on the Grand Union Canal. Head to the riverside hideaway and enjoy an array of food and drink stalls from Crazy Dave Cider, Tossed and London Shell Co.’s pop-up bar, as well as stalls showcasing flowers, textiles and handicrafts. There will be also live music and entertainment throughout the week.
