Hotel Bel-Air’s Alphonzo Bell

One of three cocktails created to celebrate the Hotel Bel-Air's 75th anniversary, this bright, fresh cocktail is inspired by Alphonzo Bell – the entrepreneur who bought 600 acres of West Hollywood land and called it Bel-Air.

Ingredients

2oz rum2 dashes bitters½oz simple syrup2oz fresh pressed Granny Smith apple juiceSwan ice cubeOrange twist garnish

Method

  1. Add all ingredients (except ice cube and garnish) to a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
  4. Garnish with orange twist.
