London Fashion Week is back. From Thursday 19 to Monday 23 February, more than 130 designers and brands will be strutting their new AW26 collections down catwalks across the capital. Kicking off with Paul Costelloe, closing as per tradition with Burberry, and showcasing British icons such as Emilia Wickstead, Richard Quinn and Simone Rocha, as well as newcomers including Agro Studios and Ewenki, the line-up is set to be extraordinary.
But, as a strictly industry-only four-day event, what do the fashion editors, stylists, and influencers attending London Fashion Week actually wear? Read on as the Luxury London team opens their wardrobes to let you in on exactly what we’ll be sporting to one of fashion’s biggest extravaganzas of the year. Then it’s onto Milan and Paris.

Nobody’s Child check car coat

London in February means good outerwear is a non-negotiable and, since it’s London Fashion Week, why not make a statement? Nobody’s Child’s SS26 collection is full of brilliant gingham and check pieces that look effortlessly put-together, even when just thrown over jeans. I’ll be wearing this trench-adjacent car coat to keep the chill at bay between shows.
The Elder Statesman cashmere scarf

Also essential for LFW: a great scarf, especially given London’s designers’ penchant for hosting their shows in very large, very industrial, very cool (and very cold) spaces. This triangle cashmere scarf from The Elder Statesman is big enough to tie around my shoulders and adds a pop of spring brightness to a camel, black or navy overcoat.
Loewe pleated mini skirt

I’ve been fully on board with the return of the kilt and my latest obsession is this deep brown number from Loewe. I’ll be wearing it with tights, knee-high boots and a chunky knit (and with a graphic tee and blazer when spring finally arrives).
Saint Laurent Le 5 à 7 tote bag

While I’d love to be the kind of person who can exist all day on the contents of a Fendi Baguette, I have long since accepted that is not, and never will be, me. I need a bag big enough to cater to my ‘essentials’ — a battery pack, a magazine, plasters, paracetamol, at least three assorted lip balms, etc. The Saint Laurent Le 5 à 7 tote is perfectly sized to reign in my worst overpacking tendencies while giving me enough space for the things I actually need.

Paige Quentin Blazer

I have been wearing this brown houndstooth blazer non-stop since I got it last autumn, and I know it will be coming in handy for LFW. Lined with satin and crafted from a wool blend, this double-breasted design is a touch on the oversized side (so is perfect for layering) but I love wearing mine with frilly, feminine blouses to keep me cool, both literally and metaphorically, as I race around town.
Monsoon Mel Floral Embroidered Blouse

Monsoon’s latest collection is channelling its bohemian roots – and I’m here for it. Featuring delicate embroidered flowers, this gorgeous top features a flattering high crew neck and blouson sleeves. I will be layering this with Paige’s blazer, as well as a cashmere jumper if I’m in need of an extra layer.
Seventy + Mochi Nina Barrel Leg Jean

I’m always reaching for barrel leg jeans, and I particularly love this pair from sustainable brand, Seventy + Mochi. Offering a comfortable and relaxed fit without looking untidy, you can easily dress these up or down. My outfit for this weekend’s roster of shows will be looking to strike the balance between both.
Bobbies Maisie boots

Parisian brand Bobbies know how to make an excellent shoe – and the cult-favourite Maisie boots are a case in point. Rendered in a chocolate suede with a small kitten heel which doesn’t make my feet sore (essential as LFW requires a lot of walking in between shows), they were designed with fashion-forward women in mind. Maje shiny tweed shirt jacket

I love a co-ord. To me, it’s an easy route to a smart and put-together look that is chic and sophisticated and effortlessly cool. Perfect for LFW, then. Maje’s bouclé tweed jacket with a touch of shine, rhinestone jewels and fringed trims is the gorgeous balance of twee and trendy.
Maje shiny tweed shorts

I’ll match with these shorts for a coordinated ensemble that will take me from presentations and shows to cocktail-sipping after parties, no problem. A feminine and flattering high-waisted cut, complete with a silver chain belt for a little bit of rock ‘n’ roll edge, they’re comfortable and contemporary for some big Fashion Week energy.
Rails Levy coat

Rushing between shows, hopping on tubes and probably stepping through a few puddles and downpours along the way (this is London in February after all), I won’t be going anywhere without a reliable trench. Rails’ timeless style with an uber chic corduroy collar and rolled cuffs goes with just about everything, and is most definitely my pick of the bunch.
Nomasei Nono moccasins

My go-to shoe will be a trusty loafer and I’ve got my eyes on the Parisian luxury shoe brand Nomasei for the perfect pair. These Nono moccasins are ideal for long days on my feet, while being elegant and that extra bit special thanks to their 3cm heel. Tres, tres chic.

All Saints Maud shirt

An all-black outfit is a fail-safe option for LFW, and this structured blouse from AllSaints has really caught my eye. The crisp silhouette keeps things feeling timeless, polished and effortlessly cool, ideal for dashing between shows without sacrificing style.
Rag and Bone Shea faux-leather trousers

For me, leather is practically a neutral, so of course some coated trousers are in my Fashion Week rotation. I love pairing something more edgy with a tailored blouse, it’s the perfect balance for catwalks, events and after parties. Rag & Bone’s straight-leg pair feels elevated thanks to the contrast stitching, adding a subtle point of difference.
Steve Madden Grezly pumps

A stylish yet comfortable shoe is essential for running around the city, and this style of pump has been a hero item in my wardrobe for the last few years. Steve Madden’s buckle-front pair adds just the right amount of drama, with the oversized hardware and pointed toe peeping out beneath my trousers – a small detail that feels undeniably chic.
Hobbs Nima leather belt

No outfit of mine is complete without a considered pop of colour, so I had to match my belt and shoes for Fashion Week. The deep burgundy accents make the look feel a little more intentional, while still keeping things understated.
