Emily in Paris season five hits screens today (18 December 2025), and while many things have changed for our leading lady, one thing remains constant: the outfits are just as outrageous, playful and undeniably chic as ever.

This time, the Netflix series swaps the usual romantic Parisian scenes for la dolce vita in Rome. The new season follows Emily Cooper (played by Lily Collins) as she takes on a new adventure, running the Agence Grateau office in Italy’s thriving capital. Between a new job, a new country, a new haircut and a charming new boyfriend, Marcello (hello Eugenio Franceschini), there’s plenty in store for Emily, and even more for us, the audience, to obsess over. But just as in previous seasons, it’s what she’s wearing (and how to recreate the looks ourselves) that has us truly gripped.

We’ve done some digging and found the exact pieces behind some of season five’s standout fashion moments. Naturally, many of the designers behind the fashionista’s wardrobe are Italian powerhouses, such as Moschino and Dolce & Gabbana, so get ready to embrace la alta moda. When in Rome after all…

The floral set

Never one to resist some signature Dolce & Gabbana opulence, you’ll spot Emily wearing a floral shirt and shorts co-ord set in season five, paired with Francesco Russo leather flats and Loewe sunglasses. At the time of writing, these exact pieces are all in stock online, so we suggest you run, don’t walk, to get yours.

An easy way to make a statement, Emily loves a co-ord and is definitely a big fan of polka dots. She combines the two with this Moschino set (yes, another iconic Italian brand), comprising a chic shirt and trousers in a striking white and blue colourway.

The jumpsuit

Never one to underdress, Emily has never met a print, voluminous silhouette or eye-popping hue she didn’t like. Season five sees her wear this geometric-patterned Diane Von Furstenberg jumpsuit styled with a raffia Tod’s bag. A Seventies-inspired look that you can rock too, while the exact on-screen pattern is out of stock, the same style is available in other prints and makes for perfect party dressing.

The gingham dress

Another Dolce & Gabbana style, Emily showcases her bold fashion sense in this monochrome gingham dress. Unfortunately, the exact piece is no longer available, but look to the likes of La Ligne and Posse for similar designs that are equally sophisticated, striking and stylish. Skyscraper heels optional but highly recommended.

The green suit

Emily’s vibrant, vivacious style means a classic black or navy suit would never cut it. Instead, season five sees her rock tailoring in the form of an eye-catching green and white striped Seblime blazer, Claudie Pierlot printed shorts, and some chunky green Aquazzura heels, finished with a Call It By Your Name tote for good measure. While not all the original pieces are available, there are some very similar styles elsewhere that will do the job just as well in our opinion.
