Annabel's spicy Margarita

A spicy twist on a classic cocktail, served by Annabel's private members' club in Mayfair

(makes one)

50ml Tequila
25ml Cointreau
25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 red chilli
Lime peel (garnish)
Salt (rim)


Salt the rim of your glass.

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.

Double strain into a chilled glass (on the rocks or straight up).

Garnish with a lime peel, or to your style, and enjoy.
