  • The 0% lettings commission offer applies for the first six months of tenancies lasting more than one year. To qualify, Acantha Collective must be formally instructed as your agent, with permission to market the property on their website, UK property portals, and LinkedIn at their discretion.
  • This offer covers letting commission only and excludes property management services. After the discount period, standard fees will be deducted at the same frequency as rent payments, provided the rent is collected by them.
