Inside the 2026 BAFTAs parties
With anyone who is anyone flocking to the capital, there’s never been a better excuse for a party. Here’s everyone we’ve spotted about town before and after the BAFTAs
You’d be forgiven for thinking that the BAFTAs – famous for being the biggest night in British film and television – is a one-night-only event. In reality, London has been abuzz this week with Hollywood’s hottest actors and the world’s biggest celebrities arriving not only for the next event in 2026’s awards season, but also London Fashion Week (discover everyone we’ve spotted, and where, here).
To entertain the world’s stars in the finest fashion, there’s been plenty of pre-BAFTA parties taking place across the capital. This weekend (20-22 February 2026) saw Cartier host its ambassadors for dinner at Arlington Restaurant – where the likes of Paul Mescal, Kate Hudson and Mia McKenna-Bruce got dressed up in St James’s – as well as Chanel partnering with British brand Charles Finch for a starry party featuring Lily Allen, Henry Golding and Patrick Dempsey.
Celebrations continued last night (22 February) at the official 2026 EE BAFTA Film Awards after-party at Royal Festival Hall hosted at the Don Julio Winners Bar. Among those celebrating were Leading Actress winner Jessie Buckley, who joined Supporting Actress winner Wunmi Mosaku, plus Robert Aramayo, who toasted with his family after a huge night, taking home Best Leading Actor and the EE Rising Star Award.
Elsewhere, stars flocked to the Twenty Two in Mayfair for the annual Netflix BAFTA Party. Following the American streaming service’s three award wins at the event, the likes of Aimee Lou Wood, Henry Golding, Himesh Patel, Iris Law, Jack O’Connell, Shazad Latif and Stormzy were spotted dancing the night away. British Vogue also teamed up with GQ to host the Fashion & Film after party at Simpson’s in The Strand, inviting Teyana Taylor, Joe Locke, AJ Tracey and Chase Infiniti.
