Every July marks one of the most important events in the global motorsport calendar: Goodwood Festival of Speed 2025, presented by Mastercard. Taking place from Thursday 10 to Sunday 13 July, the four-day spectacular is back for 2025, transforming the historic Goodwood Estate into a mecca for racing enthusiasts, families, and thrill-seekers alike. And this year is set to be one of the most electrifying to date.
Taking the theme ‘The Winning Formula – Champions and Challengers’, this year’s festival pays tribute to 75 years of the Formula 1 Championships and 125 years of motorsport history, and is pulling out all the stops to throw an incredible celebration. Promising an unforgettable day out, expect a sensational line-up of live racing action, with drivers taking on the famously nail-biting hillclimb, all set against a wonderful backdrop of idyllic British countryside.
To mark the anniversary, more than 80 cars from every era of F1 will descend on Goodwood, accompanied by special appearances from the sport’s most iconic drivers, teams, and groundbreaking machines. And the celebrations don’t stop at F1 – the event will also spotlight champions from across the motorsport spectrum, including WRC and MotoGP. This is your chance to witness history and innovation side by side and celebrate pure racing excellence.
For those looking to elevate their experience, the Festival of Speed’s hospitality packages deliver the pièce de résistance to your day out, with fine dining, impeccable service, and unrivalled views guaranteed. Whether spending the day with friends, family, or colleagues, there’s a hospitality option to suit every occasion.
A standout offering is Goodwood’s award-winning sustainable restaurant, Farmer, Butcher, Chef, located just 350 metres from the start line. Book a table here to enjoy breakfast, a three-course lunch, and afternoon tea, plus unlimited wine, beer, soft drinks, and tea and coffee to keep you sated all day long. Dishes are crafted from organic produce grown on Goodwood’s Home Farm, bringing authentic and delicious dining from the estate’s rich agricultural heritage to hungry race-goers.
Then there are packages at The Kennels (Goodwood’s exclusive members-only clubhouse), Moss Pavillions (private trackside venues), and for the absolute pinnacle of VIP hospitality, The Surtees (offering a menu by Michelin-starred chef Ollie Dabbous). All packages include a general admission ticket, providing direct access to the event and permitting grandstand viewing at all 12 public areas for prime vistas of the rare supercars and roaring engines.
More than 200,000 fans are expected to descend on Goodwood this July – make sure you’re one of them.
