Whether you’re searching for comfort-food TV in Netflix’s The Residence; nail-biting, drug-taking, pistol-wielding thrillers such as Dope Thief or Adolescence; or a bit of period drama intrigue with The Leopard, there’s a box set for every sofa this month. Plus, with Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex’s highly-anticipated series also landing at the beginning of the month after being postponed in January, there’s plenty to get stuck into. Having postponed the original release date in January because of the widespread fires that devastated California, the Duchess of Sussex’s highly-anticipated how-to series will finally land on Netflix at the beginning of March. Marking one of many series we can expect from Harry and Meghan over the next five years, given the couple signed a lucrative contract with Netflix last year and the streamer is a partner in Markle’s new lifestyle business venture As Ever, With love, Meghan aims to reimagine ‘the genre of lifestyle programming’ according to the streaming giant. Blending practical classes in jam-making and gardening with candid conversation with friends, such as Roy Choi, Mindy Kaling, and Alice Waters, this eight-part series is an exclusive insight into what the Duchess gets up to at home. As Netflix says: “She and her guests roll up their sleeves in the kitchen, the garden, and beyond, and invite you to do the same.”

Daredevil: Born Again, Disney+
Following on from the Daredevil series produced by Netflix between 2015 and 2018, Daredevil: Born Again is the latest instalment in the Marvel story. Spanning nine episodes, with the first two dropping on 4 March, meet protagonist Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) – a blind lawyer with heightened abilities – who fights for justice through his bustling law firm by day and with his fists at night. Elsewhere, former mob boss and frenemy Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) pursues his own political endeavours in New York. When their past identities begin to emerge, both men find themselves on an inevitable collision course. With a second season already in the pipeline, Marvel fans will want to get their fill of this one.

The Leopard, Netflix
Based on the Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa classic novel of the same name, The Leopard tells the story of the Prince of Salina and his family in 19th century Sicily. With the Italian island embroiled in social upheaval, the aristocratic family battles with a threat to their enduring privilege. When Prince Don Fabrizio Corbera, who realises that his family’s future is in jeopardy, accepts that new allegiances must be made, he sets out to engineer a marriage that will ultimately protect his family’s legacy, but break his daughter’s heart in the process. Adolescence, Netflix
Starring Owen Cooper, Erin Doherty, and Stephen Graham, Adolescence is a gripping, four-part series telling the story of how a family’s world is turned upside down when their 13-year-old son Jamie is arrested for the murder of a teenage girl at his school. Directed by Philip Barantini, it is filmed in one unflinching continuous shot, with each episode holding focus on the drama as it unfolds in real time. Graham takes on the role of the father and ‘appropriate adult’, while Doherty joins the cast as the clinical psychologist assigned to Jamie’s case.

Dope Thief, Apple TV+
Produced by acclaimed director Ridley Scott and based on Dennis Tafoya’s book Dope Thief, Apple TV’s new crime drama follows two friends who pose as DEA agents in order to rob a huge house in Philadelphia – only to discover it’s one of the biggest narcotics corridors in America. What was supposed to be a small job transforms into a matter of life and death as they figure out who they’ve robbed, and go on the run to avoid being caught.

The Residence, Netflix
Netflix and Shondaland – the production company behind the likes of Grey’s Anatomy and Bridgerton – have teamed up to create an exciting new crime thriller: The Residence. A classic whodunnit, it’s set in the upstairs, downstairs, and backstairs world of the White House, among the eclectic staff and high pressure of the world's most famous mansion, int eh aftermath of the murder of chief usher A.B. Wynter. With 132 rooms, 157 suspects, one dead body, one eccentric detective and one disastrous state dinner, this eight-episode series is set to be seriously binge-worthy.

Holland, Prime Video
Following on from her controversial role in Babygirl, Nicole Kidman is back this month in another wildly unpredictable film, Holland. Playing the role of prim-and-proper Nancy Vandergroot – a teacher and wife whose picture-perfect life is the envy of the community, with her loyal husband (Matthew Macfadyen) and brilliant son (Jude Hill) – watch as her life in this tulip-filled Michigan town transforms into a twisted tale. As Nancy and her friend become suspicious of a secret, they soon discover plenty of lies and deceit, and suddenly nothing is what it seems.
