Whether that’s a traditional Christmas roast lunch or a lavish buffet supper at Ginger Lily, the talented culinary team have created specially curated menus featuring delicious and decadent dishes deserving of Christmas Day. With amuse-bouche and starters including smoked salmon and slow-cooked chicken terrine, followed by the chef’s carvery with all the trimmings, and desserts like traditional Christmas pudding and warm mince pies, this is where you want to be for the occasion. Festive cheer is guaranteed throughout.

New Year’s Eve

Finally, ring in the New Year with the whole family at Straits Kitchen, which will be serving a fabulous five-course set menu on New Year’s Eve. The perfect way to begin the night, before dancing off into town or curling up by the TV, or hopping across to Ginger Lily Bar & Lounge for drinks with a DJ until 2am, the menu includes dishes such as tuna tataki, Herefordshire beef, roasted wild bass and a refreshing Asian pear sorbet to cleanse the palate.
